    My husband and I were looking for a place that was open early and I had heard about Uncle Bud's Kitchen. We wanted a home cooked breakfast - but didn't realize our experience would be just like coming home to family we hadn't seen in a while. Excellent service, ambience and crowd, and the food (which could feed an army) was on point!

    I found a great place for breakfast! No, don't go telling anyone about this. It was already packed inside when I arrived. It seemed like a "locals" only kind of place. If you think you can bring 3-4 people you may have to wait. Lots of great looking food when I walked in. Pancakes, omelettes, hash browns, eggs, bacon. Every plate was filled. Taking a look at the menu, I picked the breakfast meatloaf. Not today I was told. I picked another favorite, corned beef hash! Coffee was ordered and served. After a short wait I was brought a piping hot masterpiece! Everything about it was great. The hash was crispy on the outside and firm on the inside (perfect!), eggs over easy (perfect!), hash browns- same as the hash, but with a little softer (perfect!). I asked for their biscuits and gravy (perfect and tasty with the gravy on the side). Everyone seemed to be concentrating on eating their food and I can see why. Hats off to the two ladies working. This has to be one of the best meals I've had in awhile. Very, very happy with the food and service. It's cash only. Parking may be slim pickings, but I'll walk a block to eat here. Not too many tables and the counter will seat about 10 (I think). If I didn't have a meeting I would have ordered again (and I was full)! Again, don't be blowing this spot up!!! It's good the way it is. I hope to make it back again soon!!!

    Super cute old school hole in the wall breakfast joint which is family owned. Yes it's small inside, but it's a step back into the past which I wish we had more of in this modern day society. Food is delicious and I respect the family for having this business open for us to enjoy! Thank you Uncle Buds . Service was great too ! Cash only spot
